The Israeli army announced today, Monday, that an aircraft from its air force struck what it described as "military infrastructure" in Syrian territory. The Israeli army stated via the X platform (formerly Twitter) that the strike was in response to fire from Syria towards Israel on Sunday. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights indicated that Israeli airstrikes targeted sites it identified as military in the southern province of Daraa, while the Syrian state television reported that Israeli airstrikes hit two military locations in Daraa.
