The investigating judge in the north, President Rayan Nasr, issued an in-person arrest warrant against the defendant R.M., nicknamed "Abu Jad," for the crime of sexually harassing the minor A.A., who resides in a popular area near Tripoli. It is noted that the defendant was previously the manager of a large supermarket in Tripoli and has a prior court ruling against him for theft and embezzlement, resulting in a one-year prison sentence and the return of stolen goods. He is also referred to the military court for incitement to murder.
