Suicide of a Passenger on a Turkish Flight to Morocco

In a horrifying incident, a Turkish Airlines flight experienced an unexpected event on Tuesday while traveling from Istanbul to Marrakech in Morocco, leading to an emergency landing in Algeria due to a suicide that occurred on board. According to initial information obtained by Anadolu Agency, flight TK619 took off from Istanbul's airport towards Marrakech in the afternoon. Reports indicated that during the flight, one foreign passenger raised suspicions after spending a long time in the bathroom. After the passenger, who had lost consciousness, was retrieved from the bathroom, cabin crew and one of the doctors on board provided first aid. Due to the deterioration in his health, the pilot decided to make an emergency landing in Algeria. Upon landing, the medical team that boarded the aircraft announced that the passenger had died, and it was later learned that he had committed suicide.
