Russian television host Pavel Zarubin reported that President Vladimir Putin may participate in a virtual G20 summit this week. He noted that this would be "the first event in a long time that includes Putin and Western leaders, should the Russian president participate." The RIA Novosti news agency stated that the virtual G20 summit will take place on Wednesday.
