Details indicate that information was received by the State Security office in Beirut Port, stating that an employee, earning over $3,000, was demanding bribes from customs users to sign their transactions. After monitoring him for about two months and obtaining judicial approval, individuals in contact with him were summoned, and he was confronted with tangible evidence indicating his involvement in specific bribes to carry out his job duties, despite his high salary exceeding $3,000. After confessing to the charges, he was arrested and referred to the Financial Public Prosecution.
