Informed sources confirmed to "Al-Markazia" that Qatari Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Mohammed Al-Khalifi has postponed his visit to Beirut, which was expected on October 5. They noted that the security official Jassim bin Fahd Al Thani, currently in Lebanon, will remain there in preparation for the Minister's visit when conditions are ripe and the timing is appropriate.
