Title: General Security to Receive Data on Displaced Persons in Early December

The Lebanese General Security will receive from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees by the beginning of December the complete data of Syrian refugees present in its territory. This provision of data to Lebanon from the UN agency comes following repeated requests from the government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the insistence of Acting Director General of General Security, Major General Elias Beersari, to receive it unconditionally, in order to prevent potential future issues.
