French President Emmanuel Macron will visit Hamburg on October 9 and 10, where he will hold informal meetings with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, according to the Élysée Palace. A source from the president's accompanying delegation told the "Novosti" agency that "this will be a completely new form of Franco-German communication." Macron will be accompanied by around 20 ministers to the Airbus factory in Hamburg. The source noted that "the joint Franco-German path that could serve the entire European agenda, as well as cooperation in defense, energy, artificial intelligence, and several other issues, will be discussed."
