Lebanese artist Elissa has won the "World Music Award," becoming the first Arab woman to reach one billion views last year on the "YouTube" platform.
Elissa has set a record for the number of views on "YouTube" in the Arab world, as her song "Men Awal Deqeeqa" with Moroccan artist Saad Lamjarred achieved 362 million views alone.
The official page of the "World Music Award" announced the news, along with a comment: "Elissa makes history and becomes the first Arab artist to achieve one billion views on the 'YouTube' platform in one year."
