The Army Command – Directorate of Guidance issued the following statement: "Today, Friday, a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence arrested the Syrians (F.K.) and his son (M.K.) in the Manara area of Beirut for forming a car theft gang, in addition to being found without identification papers. An investigation has been initiated with the detainees under the supervision of the relevant judiciary."
