Minister of Telecommunications in the caretaker government, Johnny Al-Qarm, announced that "Ogero, Alfa, and Touch have proposed an emergency plan in the event of a war on Lebanon." He clarified that "the goal is not to scare people, but caution is a duty." He indicated that "Ogero will announce a hotline that allows citizens to reach out in case of any emergency or malfunction." In a conversation with "Voice of Lebanon," he highlighted that "the plan includes mobile generators, fully stocking diesel fuel, data preservation, remote network control rooms, as well as ensuring the market's needs for recharge cards and providing protection around the clock in anticipation of any electronic breaches, according to the priorities set by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Interior, the Red Cross, medical teams, and journalists."
