It is noted that Sarraf published two documents showing the awareness of officials at the Beirut Port regarding the type of goods that arrived at the hangar as "explosives." Additionally, he referenced a statement from the ship's captain who informed the Ministry of Justice in 2014 that the vessel was carrying 2,750 tons of "ammonium nitrate."
