Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Abdullah Bou Habib discussed bilateral relations with the Chinese Ambassador to Lebanon, Qian Minjian. Bou Habib thanked the Chinese ambassador for his country's position during the UN Security Council meeting regarding the renewal of the international peacekeeping force in Southern Lebanon, "UNIFIL." Additionally, Minister Bou Habib welcomed the Chargé d'Affaires at the Bangladeshi Embassy, Ambassador Javid Tanveer Khan, in a courtesy visit. He also met with the Chargé d'Affaires at the Cypriot Embassy, Ambassador Maria Haji.
