Russian Foreign Ministry: Moscow Can Ensure Security in the Black Sea

Russian news agency TASS reported Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov stating today that "Russia has military and technical capabilities that enable it to eliminate security threats in the Black Sea." Ryabkov's remarks, which hold the United States and Britain responsible for escalating tensions, come days after a Ukrainian attack with drones on a Russian warship near the Russian port of Novorossiysk and a Russian tanker near the Crimean Peninsula.
