The center stated in a report that "the national seismic monitoring network recorded 10 earthquakes, including one in southwest Tartus at 22 kilometers with a magnitude of 1.7 on the Richter scale, another west of Tartus at 112 kilometers with a magnitude of 2.0, an earthquake in eastern Turkey with a magnitude of 3.3, an earthquake northeast of Hasakah at 187 kilometers in eastern Turkey with a magnitude of 4.1, and a significant quake in northeastern Aleppo at 280 kilometers in eastern Turkey with a magnitude of 5.2." Additionally, an earthquake was recorded northwest of Cyprus at 237 kilometers with a magnitude of 4.1, another southwest of Palmyra at 21 kilometers with a magnitude of 2.4, one west-southwest of Latakia at 109 kilometers with a magnitude of 2.1, and an earthquake northwest of Idlib at 54 kilometers with a magnitude of 2.2 on the Richter scale.
