Officials in Kherson, southern Ukraine, reported today, Tuesday, that a doctor was killed and a nursing staff member was injured due to Russian shelling on a hospital in the city. Military administration head Roman Muroshko wrote on Telegram: "Today at 11:10 AM (0810 GMT), the enemy launched another attack on the peaceful residents of our region." Photos released by officials showed blood on the ground of a balcony, a hole in the roof, and scattered debris. Muroshko stated that "the young doctor had only started his job a few days ago, and doctors are doing their utmost to save the life of the nursing staff member." Regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin mentioned that "the hospital's surgery department was damaged due to the shelling."
