Sadek: Mansouri Affirmed the Preservation of Every Dollar from the Reserves Regardless of Pressures

Deputy Waddah Sadek tweeted via his account on the platform "X": "The solutions that require a decision in Lebanon were the topic of the dinner I was invited to at the home of my friend, the Ambassador of Lebanon in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Fawzi Kabara, in the presence of the acting Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon, Waseem Mansouri, the Director General of the Ministry of Economy, Mohammad Haidar, the Secretary General of the Union of Arab Banks, Wissam Fattouh, and members of the union. Mansouri confirmed his position of rejecting any payment to the government from depositor funds and preserving every dollar from the reserves regardless of the pressures."
