Jordan Completes Joint Exercise with U.S. Marine Corps

Today, Thursday, the activities of a joint exercise conducted by the Quick Response Battalion of the Jordanian Armed Forces and the U.S. Marine Corps ended, supported by several units of the armed forces throughout all stages of the exercise.

The two-week exercise aimed to reinforce and enhance combat and defensive capabilities and exchange experiences among participants in areas such as planning, command, and control. It included a scenario simulating an attack at the company level on a village containing terrorist elements. During the exercise, the participating forces carried out isolation and encirclement operations, urban combat operations, assault and clearing, targeting with fire, and the evacuation of injured personnel.

It is noteworthy that the Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army regularly conducts such internal and external joint exercises with brotherly and friendly countries to enhance the efficiency and readiness of its personnel.
