Saudi Investment Fund Announces Completion of Sale of Stake in Gazco

The Saudi Public Investment Fund announced the completion of the sale of its stake in the National Gas and Industrial Company (Gazco). It indicated that it sold its 10.92 percent stake in Gazco through a private sale transaction amounting to 491.19 million Saudi Riyals to Jadwa Investment, acting as the manager of its managed investment funds and client portfolios.
