Images Reveal the Extent of Destruction in Gaza

Satellite images released by Maxar Technologies show some cities and neighborhoods in northern Gaza before and after the intense Israeli bombardment and the resulting damage amid the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas. The American company specializing in satellite imagery stated that the first images were taken in May, while the second set was captured in October. One of the images depicts areas in the city of Beit Hanoun that were initially inhabited but have now become almost entirely destroyed. Another image documented the affected regions in the neighborhoods of Al-Attatra and Al-Karama in northern Gaza, where buildings and green spaces appeared devastated.
