The Portuguese striker earns $3.23 million per Instagram post, boasting around 600 million followers. In second place is Argentine Lionel Messi, who receives $2.6 million per post. Both Ronaldo and Messi surpass not only all other athletes but also other celebrities such as singer and actress Selena Gomez, reality television star Kylie Jenner, and action movie star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. Other athletes in the top twenty include Indian cricketer Virat Kohli and Brazilian soccer player Neymar.
