The office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced today, Tuesday, that he visited the Zaporizhia region in southeastern Ukraine and met with troops involved in the counteroffensive against Russian forces in the south. Zelensky appeared in a video with senior Ukrainian soldiers as they looked at a map of the battlefield at what the president's office described as a command point near the town of Orekhiv. The office stated, "The president listened to reports from the commanders regarding the course of combat operations in the frontline areas... and discussed with the brigades and fighters the issues that represent the biggest challenges for their units."
