Two sources from OPEC+ reported today, Sunday, that "OPEC+ is discussing a comprehensive agreement that may include new production cuts and adjustments to the production baselines of its member countries up to 2024." They added that "the UAE will receive a higher new baseline if an agreement is reached." Baselines are the levels of oil production on which the cuts are calculated.
