Today, Monday, the Union of Employees of the Central Bank of Lebanon held a tribute ceremony for the Governor, Riad Salame, marking the end of his 30-year term. During the farewell ceremony, Salame addressed the employees, saying: "I bid you farewell but my heart remains with you. The Central Bank has endured and will continue to endure thanks to your efforts, and it was the backbone that allowed Lebanon to persist despite its crisis."
