Erdogan: We Intensify Diplomacy to Calm the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan confirmed today, Sunday, that Ankara is determined to intensify diplomatic efforts to halt the fighting between Israel and the Palestinians. He emphasized that the two-state solution is the only way to achieve regional peace. He noted that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is at the center of most conflicts and issues in the Middle East, stressing that it is now essential to establish an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
