Iranian Revolutionary Guards Members Killed in Syria

Iranian state media reported today, Saturday, that "two members of the Revolutionary Guards who were serving as military advisors in Syria were killed in an Israeli attack." This marks the first documented Iranian casualties during the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip. The Revolutionary Guards statement did not provide details about the attack. Earlier in the day, Syria announced that its air defenses "repelled an Israeli missile attack on targets in the vicinity of Damascus."
