The number of Armenian refugees from the Nagorno-Karabakh region has increased to nearly 28,000, according to media reports on Tuesday. The Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachaturyan stated that at least 19,000 people have crossed the border into Armenia from the Nagorno-Karabakh area in Azerbaijan. This figure represents an increase from 13,550 individuals just nine hours earlier.
