The Russian News Agency reported today, Sunday, that Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatiana Moskalkova and Ukrainian Ombudsman for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets intend to conduct several reciprocal visits to war prisoners from both sides. The agency quoted Moskalkova as saying, "Russian soldiers will be visited on the Ukrainian side, as well as Ukrainian soldiers on the Russian side. There will be several of these visits; we have a program."
