The Court of Cassation, third chamber, announced its decision in the case of Dr. Fadi Al-Hashem, the husband of singer Nancy Ajram, and decided to absolve Al-Hashem of all charges against him. This comes after the family of the late Mohammad Musa, who was shot by Al-Hashem as he broke into their home in the early hours of January 5, 2020, for the purpose of theft, filed a lawsuit.
