The caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati is currently meeting at the Grand Serail, alongside Deputy Prime Minister Saadeh Al-Shami and Finance Minister Youssef Khalil, with the Deputy Governors of the Central Bank of Lebanon, Wassim Mansouri, Bashir Yaqdan, Selim Shahin, and Alexander Muradian. The meeting also includes the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Judge Mahmoud Makiyeh, and former Minister and advisor to the Prime Minister, Nicolas Nahas. After the meeting, the Finance Minister indicated that "the atmosphere so far leans towards not resigning."
