The Army Command announced in a statement that "following the previous circular regarding the adherence to the procedures for obtaining a filming license from the Army Command - Directorate of Guidance, and based on the meeting held at the Ministry of Information, and given that the southern border areas are experiencing an exceptional and delicate situation due to repeated Israeli attacks, and in order to ensure your safety and to promote cooperation between the deployed units and the media, the Army Command - Directorate of Guidance would like to draw your attention to the following guidelines:
1. Adhere to the instructions of the deployed units regarding hazardous points.
2. Do not shoot the surroundings of military and security centers or publish information or field details that could be exploited by the Israeli enemy.
3. Take maximum caution and care while covering events.
4. Non-Lebanese journalists who obtain a filming license from the Army Command - Directorate of Guidance and after obtaining permission from the Ministry of Information must go to the Southern Intelligence Branch before starting media coverage.
5. Include the blood type of each member of the media teams in the license application submitted to the Army Command.
