U.S. Fighter Intercepts Iranian Drone Over Arabian Gulf

The U.S. Central Command announced in a statement that an aircraft from the Dwight D. Eisenhower carrier intercepted an Iranian drone over Arabian Gulf waters. The statement on its X platform indicated that the Iranian UAV was operating in an "unsafe and unprofessional manner" during flight operations of the aircraft carrier. Central Command emphasized that the U.S. Navy will continue to conduct air and maritime operations "in accordance with international law."
