On Thursday, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, and Dubai Ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum announced that Lebanese Professor Fadel Adeeb has won the "Arab Talents" award in the field of engineering and technology. The initiative "Arab Talents" aims to enhance confidence in Arab individuals’ capabilities and to introduce generations to honorable role models. Sheikh Mohammed stated on "X" that today we have an honorable example of an Arab youth. He announced the winner of the "Arab Talents" award in engineering and technology, Professor Fadel Adeeb from Lebanon, who is an associate professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Professor Adeeb has published over 80 research papers and patents in the fields of engineering and technology, with notable contributions in wireless sensing, including his research and innovations in wireless communication, especially in recognizing objects and vibrations behind walls and under rubble.
