The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Observatory stated on Monday that Israel has dropped the equivalent of a quarter of a nuclear bomb on the Gaza Strip. The observatory added in a statement that continuous Israeli bombardment has led to the destruction of entire residential neighborhoods in Gaza. It continued that airstrikes have destroyed more than 17,000 homes and damaged approximately 87,000 housing units. It indicated that Israeli strikes have destroyed or damaged at least 73 schools, 61 media offices, 18 mosques, and 165 industrial facilities. Regarding casualties, the observatory noted that Israeli bombardment has resulted in the extermination of at least 84 Palestinian families in Gaza, documenting the deaths of at least 2,920 Palestinians, including 920 children and 469 women, as well as injuring more than 12,000 others, more than half of whom are children and women. It pointed out that Israel is currently killing an average of 14 Palestinians per hour in its ongoing attack on Gaza.
