A medical source reported that Israeli forces shot and killed two Palestinians in the Aqbat Jabr camp in Jericho city in the occupied West Bank early Tuesday morning. Nasser Al-Anani, director of the Jericho government hospital, stated, "Two young men in their twenties arrived at the hospital with live bullet wounds in the chest and were pronounced dead." Local residents said that Israeli forces stormed the camp before clashing with young men. It is still unclear whether the deceased were involved in these clashes. The residents added that the raid was swift, lasting less than an hour. No statement has yet been issued by the Israeli army regarding the events in the Aqbat Jabr camp. The Palestinian news agency reported that "with the martyrdom of Qusai and Mohammed this morning, the number of martyrs who have fallen in the Aqbat Jabr camp since the beginning of this year 2023 has risen to 11."
