Dozens Injured During Israeli Army's Raid on Askar Camp East of Nablus

Dozens of Palestinians were injured early Tuesday morning by gunfire and gas inhalation during an Israeli army raid on Askar Camp east of Nablus. Ahmad Jibril, director of ambulance and emergency services at the Red Crescent in Nablus, reported to the Palestinian News Agency "Wafa" that "58 citizens suffered from gas inhalation, while two were injured by shrapnel and one due to a fall, and necessary field medical assistance was provided to them."

"Wafa" also mentioned that a large force from the Israeli army raided the eastern area of Nablus towards Askar Camp to carry out the demolition of the home of the family of Abd al-Fattah Khorusha. The family, consisting of 5 members, was evacuated, and violent confrontations broke out between dozens of youths and Israeli soldiers. It is noteworthy that Abd al-Fattah Khorusha (49 years old) was killed by Israeli forces during the raid on Jenin camp on March 7 of this year.
