Ukrainian presidential advisor Mykhailo Podolyak confirmed that at least 16 people were killed today, Wednesday, due to a Russian attack on the city of Kostiantynivka in eastern Ukraine. Podolyak did not provide further details about the attack that occurred in the industrial city near the front lines, in statements made to Reuters.
