Romanian Foreign Minister Luminita Odobescu stated today that "her country has not been subjected to an attack by Russian drones or debris resulting from an airstrike during the night on a Ukrainian port across the Danube River." Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a visit to Berlin, she added, "Of course, there is a risk because what happened is very close to our borders." Odobescu further noted, "We have seen that Russia continues selfishly to attack civilian infrastructure and does not allow Ukraine to export its grains."
On the other hand, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba commented on the matter, stating that "Kyiv has photographic evidence showing that Russian drones targeted Romanian territory during the airstrike last night on the infrastructure of Ukrainian ports on the Danube River."
