Egypt Welcomes the World's First Ship Powered by Green Fuel

The Suez Canal Economic Zone announced in a statement the arrival of the world's first container ship operating on green fuel, which was received by the East Port Said port under the zone last night, Monday. This marked the ship's inaugural journey from the Maersk shipping line to a Mediterranean-facing Egyptian port. The vessel was coming from its voyage from Asia, passing through Africa, through Egypt, and then onto Europe. The container ship arrived at East Port Said, which is classified as one of the top 10 ports in the world according to a report from the World Bank.
