Taekwondo: Silver Medal for Mont La Salle-Champions Elite through Leticia Aoun in Austria

The Mont La Salle-Champions Elite club won a silver medal at the Austria Open Taekwondo Championship through the champion athlete Leticia Aoun in the under 57 kg category, under the guidance of the national teams director, Grand Master Ralph Harb. On her way to the finals, Aoun defeated a competitor from Kazakhstan (2-0) in the Round of 16. In the quarter-finals, Aoun won (2-0) against an athlete from Bosnia and Herzegovina, qualifying for the semi-finals where she triumphed over an athlete from Austria (2-0), advancing to the finals where she lost to a Turkish competitor (0-2) and secured the silver medal, which she added to her collection of colored medals previously earned in international competitions during her successful career representing Lebanon and the Mont La Salle-Champions Elite club.
