UN: Israeli Bombing of Jabalia Camp May Constitute War Crimes

The United Nations condemned the ongoing Israeli bombing of the Jabalia camp, which has resulted in hundreds of casualties, stating that it “may constitute war crimes.” Palestinian officials announced on Wednesday that dozens were killed and injured in the Israeli bombing of the Jabalia refugee camp, the largest in the Gaza Strip with a population of 116,000, following an earlier Israeli strike in the same area that claimed dozens of lives. The health ministry affiliated with Hamas reported in a statement about “dozens of martyrs and wounded in the bombing by occupation aircraft targeting a residential block in the Al-Falouja area of the Jabalia camp.”
