Lebanon's Pharmacists Syndicate: We Refuse to be "Scapegoats"

Lebanon's Pharmacists Syndicate President Joe Saloum condemned the "attack on two pharmacies in the Sharawneh area of Baalbek, the Modern Pharmacy and the Physicians' Pharmacy, which were severely damaged by rocket fire." He announced that he "has reached out to the concerned authorities to ensure the protection of pharmacists in the region and throughout Lebanon, and to impose the strictest penalties on those responsible, as pharmacists continue to fulfill their humanitarian duty in serving patients despite all challenges."
