Lebanon is represented by athlete Leticia Aoun (under 57 kg) at the "Rome Grand Prix" (Italy) under the supervision of the national teams director, Grand Master Ralph Harb. Champion Aoun will strive for a good result in this major international event hosted by the Italian capital. On another note, after the International Taekwondo Federation organized camps to select the best 60 referees in the world, who are then subjected to a thorough evaluation in major tournaments to choose the best 26 referees from each continent to officiate Taekwondo matches during the Summer Olympics set to take place in Paris in 2024, Lebanese Olympic referee Master Daniel Khorasanjian successfully completed the Asian and Oceanian camp. He then headed to Baku (Azerbaijan) to participate in the World Championship, which is considered one of the toughest and longest championships, lasting over 7 days, where the winner receives 140 points in the world and Olympic rankings. Khorasanjian officiated more than 60 of the strongest matches in the tournament as a video review referee and central referee, including the final match between South Korea and Spain in the under 54 kg category. After the World Championship, Khorasanjian went directly to Italy to participate in the Rome Grand Prix.
