National Defense Minister in the caretaker government Maurice Slim visited the Army Commander at his office in Yarzeh to express his condolences for the fallen officers, also wishing a quick recovery for the injured personnel. Additionally, Interior and Municipalities Minister Bassam Mawlawi made a phone call to the Army Commander to extend his condolences for the officers and wished a fast recovery for the injured soldier. In a related context, General Joseph Aoun received in his office in Yarzeh MPs Michel Douaihy, Charbel Massaad, and Ghassan Skaf, where they discussed the general situation in the country and expressed their condolences for the martyrdom of the pilot officers, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured soldier.
