Russia ranks first globally as the cheapest country regarding egg prices, while Tunisia tops the list in the Arab world. Data from the global statistics site "Global Product Prices" revealed that the average global price of eggs, based on data from 81 countries, is $3.02 per dozen (12 eggs).
Russia holds the first position with a price of $1.09 per dozen, followed by Azerbaijan at $1.29, and then Pakistan at $1.37.
Tunisia ranks first in the Arab world with a price of $2.10, followed by Kuwait at $2.28, and Saudi Arabia as the third cheapest country with a price reaching $2.35 per dozen.
Globally, Switzerland is the most expensive country with a price of $6.98 per dozen, followed by New Zealand at $6.66, and Uruguay in third place at $5.81.
