The National News Agency reported that Israel targeted a vehicle on a road in southern Lebanon, resulting in the deaths of four people on Tuesday. The agency clarified that the incident, the second to occur near the southern Lebanese border today, took place on a side road between Shaheitia and Qlaileh, about seven miles north of the border with Israel. Reports indicate that "the target was the deputy commander of the Al-Qassam Brigades in Lebanon, Khalil Kharaz, along with three other individuals."
