# Angelina Jolie Stands in Solidarity with Palestinians: "World Leaders Are Complicit"

Global star Angelina Jolie expressed her outrage over what happened in the Jabalia camp, sharing images of the atrocities on her Instagram account. Jolie wrote: "This is the deliberate bombing of trapped civilians who have nowhere to flee. Gaza has remained an open prison for nearly two decades, and it is rapidly turning into a mass grave." She added: "Forty percent of the dead are innocent children, and entire families are being killed, while the world watches with the support of many governments. Millions of Palestinian civilians, including children, women, and families, are facing collective punishment and being stripped of their humanity. Despite all of this, they are being denied food, medicine, and humanitarian aid, which violates international law. By refusing to call for a humanitarian ceasefire and preventing the UN Security Council from enforcing a ceasefire for both sides, world leaders are complicit in these crimes."
