It emphasized the necessity of exercising restraint, avoiding military escalation, and adhering to the principles of international law and signed agreements. The Lebanese Foreign Ministry condemned the targeting and killing of civilians and innocent people, affirming the need for peaceful solutions to resolve conflicts as enshrined in the United Nations Charter, in order to restore security and stability to the Nagorno-Karabakh region.
