Title: Security Forces Reveal Number of Domestic Violence Complaints Reported in August

The National Commission for Lebanese Women's Affairs reported that the number of domestic violence complaints submitted to the hotline 1745 at the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces during August 2023 reached 86 complaints, of which 75 were for physical violence, 2 for sexual violence, and 9 for psychological violence. It noted that the perpetrator in relation to the victim includes 44 (husband), 20 (father), and 1 (mother).
