Recent tech leaks have revealed significant changes in Apple's upcoming device, the "iPhone 15," which is expected to be unveiled this fall. According to leaks published by the tech site 9to5Mac, the "iPhone 15" will have a thinner body than previous models, with more rounded edges. The side buttons with protrusions will be replaced by touch-sensitive ones. The new phone will feature a "USB-C" port instead of the Lightning connector, as reported by the British newspaper "Daily Mail."
The "15 Pro" version will be the first iPhone to come without physical buttons entirely, as those used for powering off the device, controlling volume, capturing screenshots, and activating Siri will be removed. Instead of moving physical buttons, there will be touch buttons that provide a tactile sensation similar to vibrations when users press them.
Other notable updates include a slightly curved glass around the edges of the "iPhone 15 Pro," allowing for a smoother transition to the frame. The camera bump on the back will become thicker than before due to Apple upgrading the imaging system with new sensors or lenses. A thinner frame will create a boundary between the screen and the frame to enlarge the 6.1-inch display (the same size as last year's iPhone 14 Pro). The notch at the top of the display that conceals the front camera will be retained.
